Arena Policies

Children ages 5 and up may participate in open gym and standard classes during regular operating hours.
All-Ages Open Gyms include our younger ninjas under 5, but they must be accompanied by an adult.
Octo Ninja also offers dedicated programming for younger children: Little Ninjas Open Gym and Little Ninjas classes for ages 3–5. An adult must accompany any child under 5 on the arena floor at all times except during classes.

Octo Ninja’s Open Gym Membership is a monthly membership that allows the participant to enjoy our Open gym hours unlimitedly! That means come any time during our open gym hours and stay as short or as long as you’d like.
Visit start is pending capacity. If we are already at full capacity visit start time may be delayed until the next available start time.
Pricing is $60 per month per participant billed on the 1st of each month
Membership cannot be shared with other people
There is no long term commitment, and contract is month to month. A drop request MUST be submitted prior to the next month billing cycle.

Ninja Nation ATX is a shoes-on facility. All participants must wear clean, securely fitting athletic or running shoes with rubber soles. Crocs, sandals, flip flops, slip-on shoes, boots, heels, and bare or socked feet are not permitted on the obstacle course floor.

Food and drink are not permitted on the arena floor at any time (including water).
Outside snacks are allowed in limited quantities in the lobby area (not full meals or catering)
Snacks and beverage are available for purchase at the front desk

We manage open gym capacity based on a number of factors including but not limited to staffing ratios and upcoming bookings. If a visit time is at full capacity we will to our best to accommodate a visit at the next available time slot or facilitate a future time booking. Open gym availability is not guaranteed at the time of arrival.

We love our guests to experience our gym fully! At times certain obstacles may be unavailable for part or all of your visit based on staffing an capacity, utilization but classes, camps, or hosted parties. We make every effort to ensure all obstacles are available for at least part of every hour, but do not guarantee it.

Only guests with signed waivers are allowed on the arena floor, including spectators.
Guests must wear a wristband when on the floor, which designates both that they have a waiver on file and what they are booked for.
If accommodations need to be made for sensory reason please inform the front desk. We have a number of solutions available to explore.

Our staff reserves the right to deny or revoke access to the arena at their discretion is they deem a guest to be a danger to themselves, others, or the facility.
Reasons may include, but are not limited to:
not following safety instructions by staff members
bullying or harassment of other guests or staff
intoxication or other impairment
misuse or mistreatment of equipment
violation of our arena policies
Programming Policies
Policies related to Birthday Parties, Camp, Classes, Field Trips, Events, and Mobile Obstacle Courses are communicated at the time of booking. Please review our most recent policies on the respective pages for those programs, or on the program description at the time of booking.
Billing & Payments
Recurring memberships, class enrollments, and other recurring services are billed according to the pricing and schedule shown at registration. Billing is based on enrollment, not attendance, and continues until the enrollment or service is canceled according to the applicable cancellation policy. Customers are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file and for any outstanding amounts owed. Authorized additional purchases and disclosed fees may also be charged to the payment method on file.
