OCTO NINJA PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION & BILLING TERMS

These terms apply to purchases, registrations, memberships, class enrollment, camps, extended care, birthday parties, open gym, events, mobile events, merchandise, account balances, and other services or items purchased from Octo Ninja.

1. Payment Authorization

I represent that I am authorized to use any credit card, bank account, or other payment method I provide to Octo Ninja.

I authorize Octo Ninja and its payment processor to charge my payment method for purchases, registrations, reservations, recurring charges, and other amounts that I authorize or owe under the applicable Octo Ninja registration terms and policies.

I agree to pay applicable posted prices, taxes, and disclosed fees.

2. Recurring Billing

If I enroll in a membership, class enrollment, or other recurring service, I authorize Octo Ninja to charge my payment method according to the applicable pricing and billing schedule until the enrollment or service is canceled.

Billing is based on enrollment, not attendance. I remain responsible for tuition or membership charges whether or not the participant attends, unless otherwise provided by Octo Ninja's applicable cancellation or refund policy.

I am responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file and remain responsible for amounts owed if a payment is declined, expired, returned, or otherwise unsuccessful.

3. Cancellation of Recurring Services

To cancel a recurring membership, class enrollment, or other recurring service, I must submit a cancellation or drop request using the method and by the deadline stated in the applicable Octo Ninja cancellation policy.

Requests received after the applicable deadline may take effect with the following billing cycle.

Canceling or blocking a payment method does not, by itself, cancel an enrollment, membership, reservation, or other contractual payment obligation. I remain responsible for amounts properly owed through the effective date of cancellation.

Refunds, account credits, and makeups are governed by the applicable Octo Ninja policies.

Nothing in these terms limits any payment, cancellation, refund, or dispute right that cannot legally be waived.

4. Additional Purchases and Charges

I authorize Octo Ninja to charge my payment method for additional products or services that I purchase, register for, reserve, request, or otherwise authorize, including camps, extended care, open gym, events, merchandise, and other disclosed purchases or fees.

Where applicable, this may also include disclosed late-pickup, no-show, returned-payment, or similar fees incurred under the applicable program or reservation policy.

5. Declined or Returned Payments

If a payment is declined or returned, Octo Ninja may reattempt the payment and request an updated payment method.

I remain responsible for the underlying amount owed and for any disclosed returned-payment or late fees permitted under the applicable policy.

Octo Ninja may suspend participation, enrollment, membership benefits, or future reservations while an account has a past-due balance.

6. Billing Questions and Payment Disputes

I agree to contact Octo Ninja promptly if I believe a charge is incorrect so that Octo Ninja has an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

A good-faith billing question or legitimate payment dispute is not a breach of these terms.

Knowingly disputing or reversing an authorized charge for services or merchandise received does not eliminate the underlying payment obligation. Octo Ninja may suspend services and pursue collection of valid unpaid balances to the extent permitted by law.

7. Bank Account and ACH Payments

If I authorize recurring electronic withdrawals from a bank account, I understand that I may have legal rights to revoke or stop that payment authorization.

Stopping or revoking an ACH or other payment authorization does not necessarily cancel the underlying membership, enrollment, reservation, or other obligation. Any cancellation must still be made according to the applicable Octo Ninja cancellation policy.

8. Electronic Acceptance

By electronically signing, checking an acceptance box, saving a payment method, or completing a registration that incorporates these terms, I acknowledge and agree to this Payment Authorization & Billing Terms document.

I understand that Octo Ninja may maintain registration, transaction, payment, and electronic acceptance records associated with my account.
