THE DIFFERENCE

Not another activity. The centerpiece of the event.

If you're giving up serious event real estate, the attraction should earn it.

Most event attractions live quietly in a corner. Octo Ninja Mobile is built to be seen from across the venue, entered again and again, and talked about afterward.

People race. Friends cheer. Parents stop to watch. Teams get competitive. Lines keep moving. The result is more than something guests can do — it creates movement and energy around an entire event zone.

THIS IS NOT A POP-UP TENT

We bring an obstacle courseto your event.

Full-size truss. Obstacles. Mats. Rigging. Coaches. Flow management. The footprint can stretch roughly 125 feet depending on the configuration.

WHO IT'S BUILT FOR

Built differently for every kind of event.

A city festival does not run like a school field day. A corporate event should not feel like a fifth-grade field day. Pick your event and we'll show you what matters most.

FESTIVALS

Make it the attraction people can see from across the grounds.

Festivals need attractions that justify their footprint. Octo Ninja Mobile delivers hourly capacity, mixed-age accessibility and crowd-visible scale.

Sponsor naming rights can offset or fully fund the attraction cost — turning it from a line item into a named sponsor asset.

ORGANIZER FAQ

The questions we usually get before somebody says, “Okay, this is awesome.”

How much does Octo Ninja Mobile cost?+

Pricing depends on event duration, location, staffing, venue access, setup complexity and course configuration.

Current planning ranges are approximately $3,000–$4,500 for many shorter community activations and $4,500–$7,000 for larger event attractions. Complex, branded, indoor, multi-day and extended-travel events are individually scoped.

How many people can use the course per hour?+

A typical dual-lane configuration can handle roughly 100–200 participants per hour, depending on layout, ages, event format and operating conditions.

How much space does the course need?+

A full course can require approximately 125 × 12 feet plus operating and safety clearance. Exact footprint depends on the selected configuration.

Can Octo Ninja Mobile be set up indoors?+

Yes, when the venue provides adequate ceiling clearance, suitable flooring, sufficient entry access and a workable load-in route.

Does our event have to provide people to operate it?+

No. Our team delivers and builds the attraction, provides trained event staff, gives safety briefings, spots participants, manages queue flow and tears the course down afterward.

Is Octo Ninja insured?+

Yes. Octo Ninja carries general liability insurance. A Certificate of Insurance can be provided as part of event planning, along with common vendor paperwork such as a W-9.

What ages can participate?+

Mobile course layouts are generally designed for participants age 5 and older. Obstacle selection and flow can be adjusted for the expected age range and event goals.

Can a sponsor put its name on the attraction?+

Yes. Sponsor naming rights and banner integrations can be discussed during planning.

What happens if weather becomes unsafe?+

Operations may be paused when conditions such as lightning, heavy rain or high winds create unsafe operating conditions. Weather procedures and contingencies are coordinated during booking.

How far ahead should we book?+

Reaching out 4–8 weeks in advance is a good target, especially for peak weekends and larger events. Closer events may still be possible depending on availability and logistics.
