The Little Ninjas party is designed for ages 2–5. It is currently $449 and includes up to 15 participating ninjas, 60 minutes on the Arena Floor, 30 minutes in the celebration room, one serving host, table setup and paper goods, and full cleanup. Additional participating ninjas are currently $25 each up to 20. Ask about special Pajama-Jam Parties.
What is the Ultimate Party?+
The Ultimate Party is the most popular option and is currently $299. It includes up to 10 participating ninjas, 90 minutes on the Arena Floor, 30 minutes in the celebration room, one serving host, table setup and paper goods, and full cleanup. The host leads games, a guided obstacle challenge and a Birthday Ninja Finale. Additional participating ninjas are currently $25 each up to 18.
What is the Mega Party?+
The Mega Party is currently $499 and includes up to 20 participating ninjas, 90 minutes on the Arena Floor, 30 minutes in the celebration room, two hosts, an obstacle challenge with medals for every ninja, a birthday shirt for the birthday star, table setup and paper goods, and full cleanup. Additional participating ninjas are currently $25 each up to 30.
Which birthday party is best for my child?+
Little Ninjas is designed for ages 2–5. The Ultimate Party is the most popular choice for many ages 5–12 birthdays. The Mega Party is designed for larger groups and milestone birthdays. Own the Arena is the premium private full-facility option.
Do birthday party guests need ninja experience?+
No. Previous ninja experience is not required. Beginners and experienced ninjas can participate at their own comfort and skill level.
How long is an Octo Ninja birthday party?+
Little Ninjas is planned for about 1.5 hours total: 60 minutes on the Arena Floor and 30 minutes in the celebration room. Ultimate and Mega parties are planned for about 2 hours total: 90 minutes on the Arena Floor and 30 minutes in the celebration room.
Can we bring birthday cake, food and decorations?+
Yes. Families may bring birthday cake, cupcakes, cookies, candles, presents, balloons and themed decorations. Outside food and drinks may be permitted depending on the setup. Buffet-style serving, glitter, confetti and piñatas are not permitted, and items requiring refrigeration should be avoided unless arranged in advance.
Do birthday party guests need a waiver?+
Yes. Every participating guest needs a current Octo Ninja waiver before entering the obstacle course. A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for participants under 18.
How early should guests arrive?+
Participating guests should arrive about 10–15 minutes before the scheduled party time so they can check in and confirm their waiver.
What should birthday party guests wear?+
Guests should wear comfortable athletic clothing and clean athletic shoes suitable for running, climbing and obstacle-course play. Crocs, sandals and other loose footwear should not be worn on the arena floor.
Can Octo Ninja accommodate sensory, mobility or participation needs?+
Tell the Octo Ninja team when you book if a guest has mobility, sensory or other participation needs so the party format and possible accommodations can be discussed in advance.
What is Own the Arena?+
Own the Arena is Octo Ninja's premium private full-facility experience. Your group gets exclusive use of the 15,000-square-foot arena with no other public sessions running. Current listed times are Friday, Saturday or Sunday from 6 PM to 8 PM. Contact Octo Ninja for current pricing.
How far in advance should I book a birthday party?+
Popular weekend birthday times can fill several weeks in advance. If you need a specific date or time, booking earlier gives you the best selection.
What is the birthday party cancellation or rescheduling policy?+
Birthday party deposits are non-refundable. Parties may currently be rescheduled without an additional fee when more than 14 days' notice is provided. Changes made within 14 days may result in the deposit being forfeited. Contact Octo Ninja if you need to change an existing reservation.
